The creditors didn’t know who they were dealing with.  I guess I’m actually pretty lucky for a dead beat.  I probably wouldn’t even have pursued legal action if my sister wasn’t one of the premier Green Bay Chapter 7 bankruptcy attorneys ever.  After a couple of phone calls and a letter or two I thought that I might get my act together and take a look into credit counseling.  It wasn’t until the creditors started to call at all hours of the day; harassing who ever happened to pick up the phone and calling me during work hours at my office that I decided to give my sister a call.  I could hear the excitement in her voice over the phone as I explained what was going on – she really seems to have a good time with this type of thing.  She sees herself as a protector, she believes that it’s her mission to act on behalf of the downtrodden and I think she’ll be even more diligent in this instance considering that the downtrodden just so happens to be her younger brother.  I don’t necessarily want to see anything bad happen to the people who have been harassing me; I just don’t want it to happen to me, or to anyone else for that matter, anymore.
